Carpet Binder and Fringer

The TPB bobbinless self-oiling carpet binder  and   fringer is widely used by many leading  carpet  manufactures  for binding top and bottom in one easy operation. It accommodates    light     or   heavy    pile carpeting with any type backing including jute, latex, rubber back   or scrimp.

N-C Stands

N-C carpet binder machine stands are custom-designed    to  work  with   air  tables or conveyor systems.

FEATURES:

• Rear puller lift is located in front for easy accessibility
• Adjustable tension bar fits tapes 3/4" to 1-1/4"
• Binder guides accurately fold tape for automatic feed and binding
• Convenient snap-out binder plate for easy conversion and threading. Accommodates required tape sizes in seconds. Also adaptable for snap-in fringe guide.
• Compensating foot eliminates carpet flagging during binding.
• Twin power front and rear pullers evenly feed carpets of any weight, any size, and any type backing, eliminating stress and strain.
• Separate extra-wide rear power puller (top- and bottom driven, with own clutch off handwheel) eliminates drive from mainshaft or from feed lever.
